F+M Recycling - Nachhaltige Entsorgung

Welcome to F+M Recycling GmbH

We are your reliable partner for recycling PET / PP strapping bands, as well as PET beverage bottles. We rely on modern technologies and highest quality standards to return valuable raw materials to the cycle.

F+M Recycling was founded by the Mensing Group and FROMM AG to combine their respective strengths in one company.

The Mensing Group specializes in the collection, processing and recycling of plastic waste, while the FROMM Group, as an international manufacturer of packaging systems and strapping bands, actively shapes the closed material cycle

At the center of this cycle is the recycling of used strapping bands. These are collected, sorted, processed and converted into high-quality recyclates by us. The recyclates are then used at Fromm Plastics for the production of new strapping bands.

The result: A closed material cycle that conserves resources, reduces CO₂ emissions and relieves the environment – without compromising on quality or reliability.

Our services at a glance

Collection & Logistics

We take over used strapping bands directly from industry, trade and logistics companies.

Processing

In our modern processing system, PET / PP strapping bands and PET beverage bottles are shredded, washed and freed from contaminants in a multi-stage process. The result: high-purity PET and PP flakes for direct reuse.

Closed material cycle

In cooperation with the FROMM Group, we create a closed recycling cycle: The used strapping bands are recycled – and return as new raw material to production. This makes the process sustainable, economical and environmentally friendly at the same time.

Quality & Traceability

We document our processes transparently and meet all applicable standards and requirements. Our customers can always rely on reliable quality and traceability – from the collected material to the finished recyclate.

Sustainability

Sustainability is an integral part of our work.

We pay attention to conserving resources, using energy efficiently and reducing COâ‚‚ emissions. To this end, we use, among other things, a photovoltaic system on the entire roof of our production hall, which covers part of our energy needs with electricity from renewable sources

Our goals:

  • Conserve resources
  • Reduce emissions
  • Take responsibility

This ensures that sustainability is not only visible in our end product, but is lived in every step of our value chain.
